Brazil imported more diesel fuel from Russia in the first six months of Lula in 2023 from Moscow than all the previous 12 years combined
It is the Orion, which left Brazil on June 25 and arrived in Cuba today. The Orion flies the Vietnamese flag and, according to the tracker VesselFinder, departed from the Brazilian port of Paranaguá.
