The energy issue is becoming increasingly relevant in the world due to climate change and the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The perception towards the future is that new clean energy sources are developed that conform to the sustainable model.
With this vision and after more than 15 years of experience as an energy and transformation specialist, Valeska Hernández, founder of TVA, a creative agency specializing in expansion plans based in Paris and New York, reaffirmed her company’s commitment to advising groups and companies that play a relevant role in the energy transition.
From TVA, Valeska developed the methodThe [RE]Concept, a cutting-edge approach to project management that integrates multidisciplinary strategies focused on adaptation and transformation. The merger of a creative agency with business experts has allowed TVA to advise the most important energy companies in transformation processes, such as lithium.
Lithium represents an alternative to fossil fuels and helps combat environmental pollution. Currently, it is a mineral in high demand for its various applications in the development of cleaner energy, for which it has been used in various industries. Its most prominent use has been in the manufacture of batteries, both for mobile devices and electric vehicles; generating a sustainable energy future, as Ensorcia’s motto suggests: “the future of energy is electric and the future of energy is here.
As a result of these success stories and her extensive experience, Valeska Hernández recently participated in the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos, Switzerland, together with Daniel Layton, President of Ensorcia Group and other global leaders in the sector.
“Accepting that change is a constant in the world and in our lives allows us to [RE] Design the path we imagine. The Energy Transition goes beyond a global and corporate responsibility. It is a moment to go deeper, go from the macro to the micro, assuming its real impact from the individual level and raising awareness”, said Valeska during the Radical Collaboration – Delivery of Projects at Scale panel at the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos.

For her part, Christa Gyori – CEO and Co-Founder of Leaders On Purpose said: “We are an important platform for bringing together some of the largest organizations in the world with leading experts, thought leaders and decision makers. We believe that TVA’s strategic approach is essential to create a viable path towards a conscious future.”
As Daniela Herrmann, founder of Topan®️and MapuFin®️, stated in Davos: “To significantly contribute to the rebalancing of the system, ‘resources must be moved in the right direction’ by developing quantitative investment solutions for global capital markets. This is where The [RE]Concept and TVA play a fundamental role in contemplating the precise adaptation of brands and companies in the market”.
The transition of energy models still contains many challenges, however, today both companies and governments are on the way to implement policies and programs that encourage the use of more efficient technologies. It is in this terrain that a new way of re-conceptualizing solutions can provide the necessary advantages towards accelerating these processes.
Since 2022, the agency has participated in the most important summits, such as Climate Week, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA77) in New York in September where it participated in substitution of the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, then the COP27 that took place in Egypt and, most recently, the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos, Switzerland. Last year, TVA became a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
From Denmark, TVA will soon be announcing its new branding and design firm The Visionist | Copenhagen , together with its local partners.
